How we know it is right, and how you can check.
An engine that makes determinations about your compliance has to be something your examiner can test. This is how ours is built and measured, and what you can ask to see before you sign.
Two layers, never mixed
Every determination is made by rules: whether a requirement applies to you, whether a record passes a test, what a finding is likely to cost. A language model drafts prose around those results. No model output changes a determination.
That split is what makes the work repeatable. Run the same facts through the same rules and you get the same answer.
Measured against a standard set in advance
- Floors set before the test
- Accuracy thresholds are registered before a measurement runs, so a result can't be graded after the fact.
- Blind answer keys from primary sources
- A practitioner builds the answer key from the regulation itself, without seeing the engine's output. Every miss is traced to its cause: the engine, the content, or the facts it was given.
- Citations labelled by the check performed
- Each citation states how far it was checked, to the pinpoint or to the section, and nothing is labelled more strongly than the check actually performed.
- Changes in method are restatements
- When the method changes, earlier results are restated under the new method rather than presented as improvement.
Runs where you need it to
Designed to run in your environment with a local model, or hosted by us in a single-tenant instance. Your data never goes to a third-party AI service.
Regulatory monitoring is continuous. Assessment of your controls is point in time: each independent test or control testing run assesses the full population as of its date.
The model-risk file
Your examiner, and your own model risk function, will want to see how the engine is governed before relying on its work. The model-risk file is available on request before you sign.
