The quarterly board pack and the examiner pack are built from the same live data your program runs on, in HTML, PDF and PowerPoint. When a section has no data behind it, the pack says so instead of showing a zero your board might read as good news.

Each section reports what the record holds: open issues and their exposure, control test results, and transaction-monitoring management information on alert SLAs, precision and workload. A section without data is marked as such.

How it works
Gather, build, draft, sign
- Gather. Figures come from the live record: issues, control tests and transaction-monitoring activity.
- Build. Rules compute each figure and decide whether a section has data. A section without data says so; it's never filled with zero.
- Draft. AI drafts the commentary around the figures. It doesn't change a figure. The examiner pack adds a citation index for every rule the pack relies on.
- Review and sign. A practitioner reviews the pack and signs it before it goes to your board or your examiner.
