  • We start from your written alert procedures and your risk assessment, so every decision follows your program, not ours.
  • The platform gathers what a reviewer needs for each alert: the customer's profile, the transactions behind the alert, prior alerts and cases.
  • Experienced reviewers work each alert and write the disposition. A second reviewer checks a share of the closed alerts for quality.
  • We don't decide whether to file a suspicious activity report. That decision belongs to your designated officer, and we give them what they need to make it.
